Support Operations

HL Pro Tools allows you to spend 0 hours per week on support by creating and updating white-label videos and articles weekly, as well as answering all of your customers’ questions in our done-for-you ticketing system, complete with your branding so that it looks like it’s all YOU!

Our team supports your users 24 hours a day, responding to your tickets with an average response time of 3.5 hours. We work in PST, MST, CST, EST, and Australia (GMT+10) time zones.

We act as part of your team and keep everything completely white-labeled and branded to your agency. We can receive emails from your branded address, and to ensure deliverability, we use a generic email for sending out (helpdeskteam.com). Your clients will be raving about how fast and helpful your support team is, while you spend 0 hours learning HighLevel or doing HighLevel support.

As an agency owner, you have a couple of express areas for support. You have live chat access inside of our membership area, as well as a dedicated inbox for any agency-related support questions – vip@hlprotools.com.
